We primarily ship through USPS Ground Advantage. This service provides a reliable and cost-effective way to deliver your packages, including:
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Timeline: Typically 2–5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Insurance: Includes up to $100 of insurance for lost or damaged packages.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dropped off at the post office within 1–3 business days.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or USPS-observed holidays.
During peak seasons or high-volume sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address. We strive to keep these rates as low as possible by utilizing USPS commercial pricing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been scanned by USPS, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the USPS website.
Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
